Wedding Cake

I just finished my last class for my baking certificate, Wedding Cakes! For our final we had to design and bake a cake start to finish. I made a white cake layered with fresh strawberries and iced with vanilla buttercream decorated with sugared roses. I love it!

    Very, very beautiful, the roses are unbelievable and love the different patterns on the top and bottom layers. I'd give you an A+.

    This is really beautiful! The mix of textures on the two pieces is really beautiful. It's simple but still makes a statement. I'd hire you ;-)
