I'm from Auburn, small town in the Sierra Nevada foothills of California. It's a lovely place to grow up; thriving with farms, orchards and a tight community. I've spent the last two years in Santa Cruz, CA working on my baking certificate. Santa Cruz has been a big inspiration to my philosophy on food, the things I want to cook/bake and eat. I like spending my time finding out what I am eating. I think it's extremely important to know where our food comes from. That's why I love taking the time to make most of my food! I've become more passionate towards the baking side of food, due to the creativity and design aspect. All in all, I love food!
